Project update - stripping the case

The time has come to work on the main rig itself - "The Casing".

I dismantled all the hardware and stripped the case empty.

I didn't have an extra case to put CPU but i did have a salvaged mobo tray that i could use. Everything is lying on my computer table and exposed.

The lianli HDD extension kit, dvd-rom, dvd-burner & fan controller which has very bright blue led.

This is my new work rig for the time being...

I guess nothing for fried in the end, congrats on the power supply re-wiring! HEhe.
Btw, static is very bad for exposed components. So you better have some sort of protective covering for your air-con exposed parts.
