Front grill of the kit taken out. This kit uses a 120mm 2 ball bearing fan.

Inside the front grill cover are many ventilation holes. Inbetween those vent holes is a filter to filter out the dust being sucked in by the fan.

The is the carriage behind the fan that holds 4 HDD using screws attached to anti vibration rubbers.

wtf.. I thot a posted something here?
Get rid of your maxstor and use WDD. Maxtor will crash on you eventually. Went through 2 in 1 year.
