revised workout routine

MON: Core workout
TUE: 10km run/Swim
WED: Core workout
THU: 10km run/Swim
FRI: Core wokrout
SAT: 10km, hill run
SUN: Futsal/Rest
This is my revised workout routine, i`m feeling confident about this sunday's 10km race. Will aim for 50minutes or at least less than 56minutes.
See you all this sunday at the Mizuno Wave 10km Run.
